1. Check your Asus wi-fi connection is enabled or not
- Open your device > go to the search button> enter Network connection
- Select View Internet Connection

2. Change the DNS Server address
- Follow the previous steps till opening the network connection
- Right-click on selected network > Go to the Properties section
- Select the Internet Protocol Version 4(TCP/IPV4)
- Then click on their properties
- Click on General Tab there click on > Use the following DNS server address
- For preferred address: enter 8.8.8.8 and alternate address: 8.8.4.4
- Now, Click ok and Apply
3. Get sure that WLAN Config Services are running
- Press the Window icon + R button through your Asus keyboard
- To invoke Run Command Prompt
- Enter their services.msc
- Press Enter
- Scroll down the Services.config> Double click on > WLAN Config Services
- In General tab > Set Startup type > Automatic and click >ok > Apply
4. Reset the Network Setting
- Type cmd in the search box the black color box will display on your screen called as command prompt
- Select that command prompt and right click> select run as administrator
- Now enter these all commands:
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
ipconfig / release
ipconfig / renew
ipconfig / flushdns
- After running these all commands turn off your computer and restart it to see the change effect
5. Update your Wi-fi adapter at the alternate period.
